Salient Features of Hot Feed Extruders
- Screw :- Alloy steel (ut tested) , drilled for cooling/heating
- Barrel :- Jacketed and Fabricated for cooling/heating
- Base :- Fabricated box constuction
- Gearbox :- Heavy duty inline helical gearbox of standard make
- Motor :- TEFC energy efficeint motor of standard make
- Die Heads :- Straight heads for tube , profile and rods strainer heads for filtering of rubber comounds. tread heads for extruding treads and camel back co-ex heads for extruding mutiple layers at same time
- Feed roller arrangement is also provided optional for continuous flow of material to die head
- Drives can also be provided on customers request.
