The Major Application of Calender Machine
is Press Masticated Rubber in Sheet Form with Uniform Thickness. It is also
used for Sandwich the Textile Fabric into Single or Two Layers of Rubber.
The Sheets taken out from the Calender Machine are without Air Porosity, more number passes in Calender Machine ensures greater Uniformity of Sheets Through length.

- Stand :- Graded steel casting (ut tested) / fabricated
- Hosuing :- Graded steel casting (ut tested)
- Base :- Fabricated box constuction in single piece
- Rolls :- Chilled cast iron having surface hardness 500- 540 bhn with convex and concave rolls ( drilled rolls can be provided as per customer requirement)
- Bearings :- Antifriction spherical roller bearings
- Grease Lubrication : – Automatic force feed with help of grease pump
- Gearbox :- Heavy duty inline helical gearbox of standard make
- Motor :- TEFC energy efficeint motor of standard make
- Nip Gap:- High precision attended with geared motor / hydraulic nip (optional)
