INDEXPELL MAKE Rubber Compression Moulding Hydraulic Press are reliable , High Productivity and easy in Loading and unloading material. INDEXPELL MAKE Presses can be supplied in 30 to 2000 Ton capacity,platen size 300mmX300mm to 1300mmX3200, in single or multiple daylights in Electrical/ steam/ Thermic fluid heated versions, single or battery of 2-3-4 presses, with Hand lever operation and Automatic Type.
These Presses comes in different Sizes , Tonnage and Daylight as per customer requirement. Presses are available in FRAME Type as well as PILLAR Type.
Types of Hydraulic Presses:-
Rubber Moulding Curing Press, Automobile Tube Curing Hydraulic Press, Rubber Flap Curing Press in Single and Two Daylight.
The Presses are provided with Hydraulic
pumping Station with Closing and Opening speed of the Press as per customer
requirement. Electrical Panel with Temperature indicator and PLC , Curing timer
, Bumping Cycle can also be provide as per customer requirement.
Automatic mould handling system which are convenient for two plates, three plates or four plates mould. Which can be opened inside or outside the press. With auto demoulding system as optional.
Salient Features Of Rubber Compression Moulding Hydraulic Press :-
- Frame / Pillar :- Cut From Mild Steel Without Welding Joints (Ut Tested) Or Pillar Duly Machined.
- Cylinder :- Steel Casting Cylinder With Gun Metal Lining (Ut Tested)
- Ram :- Mild Steel With Ground Hard Chrome Plated Surface
- Platten :- Made Out Of Solid Plate With Machined Surface, Drilled Holes For Cartage Heaters.
- Hydraulic Powerpack :- Hydraulic Powerpack Consists Of Low Pressure Pump (Vane Pump), High Pressure Pump (Plunger Pump) Both Pumps To Run On Single Motor, Pressure Releif Valve, Pressure Control Module, Oil Filter With Oil Filler, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switch, Oil Tank (Without Oil)
- Control Panel: – Control Panel for Automatic operation or for Bumping Cycle And Curing Timer Is Provided As Per Customer Requirement.
